Exremeley successful project near Monpazier
Hila and my self ( Yair) would like to strongly commend Mark and Sandra for the outstanding renovation they planned and executed in our new property acquired early 2019 named Le Brugal near Monpazier Dordogne.
We could not have chosen a more professional , responsible and committed team to conduct ,what to us seamed originally to be quite a challenging hurdle e.g. renovating a French country house on a 6000 sqm property with a swimming pool, with intention to convert it in to an appealing property for short rentals to families desiring a vacation in Dordogne's France. Mark and Sandra's ideas, their attention to our taste and to the details and their strive for perfection was outstanding.
Mark and Sandra assumed full responsibility for anything from buying small furniture items all the way to dealing with replacing large infrastructure necessities such as tiles around the swimming pool. The compliance with predicted budgets, the close liaison and progress reporting and the timely conclusion of the renovation enabling us not to miss the 2019 peak vacation season, all made this project successful, and a very positive experience for Hila and myself.
We are truly grateful to Mark Sandra and the teams they managed.

Good service
I can highly recommend Mark Jansen and his team for pool maintenance and for arranging repairs to the house.
Mark has been very responsive and helpful and through his network of contacts he has been able to find a speedy and satisfactory solution to problems that are beyond our expertise.
Mark has also checked the house for damage after severe storms and communicates clearly back to us using email phone or text. Mark speaks very good English, as well of course French and Dutch.

Our rescue in 2014
Mark first came to our rescue in 2014 when we were desperately looking for help in getting our new build landscaping completed in time for our first guests. Mark and his team swung into action and within in two weeks our garden (building site) was transformed, planting was completed and gravelled areas constructed. We were subsequently very pleased to contract with Mark for our house maintenance and guest management. We have absolute confidence in Mark and are more than happy to recommend his business to any one who is looking for competent professional property management.

Mr and Mrs
As absentee owners we were fortunate to be introduced to Mark when we needed someone to maintain our pool and were impressed with his competence and efficiency. Since then he has been our eyes and ears (the neighbours love to talk to him) when we’re away and has been consistently helpful in dealing with any problems that come up in our absence, as well as taking over the maintenance of our garden. We have been working with Mark for nearly five years now and have the utmost faith in his capabilities. He is trustworthy, proactive, self motivated about his business.
Living on the other side of the world, we were recently unable to visit our house for three years, yet we knew it was in the capable hands of Mark. He kept an eye on everything and if there was ever a problem, he would email us straight away explaining the problem, attaching photos if necessary and a quote to fix it. This made the entire process simple and we knew that Mark would ensure that the job was well done. After three years away, we returned to our home and were delighted to see it had been perfectly maintained – thanks entirely to Mark.

Onderhoud
Op Mark kun je altijd rekenen, de rots in de branding zogezegd. Afgelopen winter heeft Frankrijk een zeer strenge winter gehad. Onze verwarming had het begeven en door een kacheltje te plaatsen heeft hij ons huis zeker behoedt van een enorme schadepost.
Bij afwezigheid wordt het huis gecontroleerd b.v. na extreem weer wat een enorme rust geeft. Zwembad en tuin gedijen ook fantastisch door de hand van Mark. Hopen nog op een lange, gezellige en fijne samenwerking met hem!!!

REVIEW
With only a limited amount of time to spend at our house in France each year, we wanted to ensure our visits would be as perfect as possible (weather permitting).
Contacting Mark was without doubt the best move we have made since moving in last year and he has enabled us to achieve our goal. The pool is always in top condition and since Mark arranged the installation of a heater, it's also wonderfully warm.
He has liaised with the pool manufacturer to sort out a few minor niggles which would have been difficult for us to do from the UK.
More recently, Mark guided us through the planning stages of an additional building and undertook the project management using reputable local artisans.
When security became an issue, he introduced us to an extremely competant electrian who quickly installed outside lighting.
It's no exaggeration to say that Mark has taken away all the stress of being absent owners.
Nothing appears too much trouble for him and by way of an example, he checked our house for frost/water damage during the cold spell without being asked. Typical of the high level of service he unassumingly calls routine.

Mr & Mrs
Mark recently helped us with an insurance claim on our property in France. He regularly kept us fully informed of developments and followed our claim through to a positive and successful conclusion. His input was hugely important and we were delighted with the service he provided.
