With only a limited amount of time to spend at our house in France each year, we wanted to ensure our visits would be as perfect as possible (weather permitting). Contacting Mark was without doubt the best move we have made since moving in last year and he has enabled us to achieve our goal. The pool is always in top condition and since Mark arranged the installation of a heater, it's also wonderfully warm. He has liaised with the pool manufacturer to sort out a few minor niggles which would have been difficult for us to do from the UK. More recently, Mark guided us through the planning stages of an additional building and undertook the project management using reputable local artisans. When security became an issue, he introduced us to an extremely competant electrian who quickly installed outside lighting. It's no exaggeration to say that Mark has taken away all the stress of being absent owners. Nothing appears too much trouble for him and by way of an example, he checked our house for frost/water damage during the cold spell without being asked. Typical of the high level of service he unassumingly calls routine. Thank you Mark
